Dr. Jacqueline Small, Physician Associate Certified is the owner and operator of Jacque’ Inc., a health wellness and beyond service licensed in the State of Florida. Jacque’ Inc was established in 1995 as a day spa expanding into a medspa in 2000 and further expansion into a health wellness and beyond telehealth and mobile services. Jacque’ Inc health wellness services are psychiatry, dermatology aesthetics, pain management and holistic wellness care.
Dr. Jacqueline Small, PA-C received her Doctor of Medical Science Physician Assistant and Psychiatry Fellowship from the University of Lynchburg, VA, Master’s Degree in Advanced Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine from AT Still Health University. She has been practicing as physician assistant since 2006, with specialized training in Urgent care, dermatology cosmetics, psychiatry, and pain management.
Dr. Small PA-C currently holds the rank and position as Major Jacqueline Small Medical Officer in the United States Army Reserves receiving a direct commission in 2010. She has served her country in the medical field as a primary care provider in country and foreign territory such as the 3 deployments to Kuwait for a total of 19 months, one month in Bulgaria and she spent three months in Afghanistan working with the Department of Defense civilian employees.
Due to Dr. Jacqueline Small PA-C, military obligations she is collaborating with Dr. Valorea Williams ARNP and Amy Grabstick ARNP to provide coverage during those times that duty calls.
